Printing: The tin plates are printed on 4 color fully automatic metal decorating printing machine (made in the UK), with an inline coater and oven required for stoving / curing the processed tinplates. We also have our own pre-press department, which takes care of plate making.

We produce 20 different sizes of Metal Cans and we have a capacity to produce 40,000 cans per day on Three different lines (conipail line – Semi Automatic, 18 Ltr Square Can Making Line – Fully Automatic and Round / Cylindrical Can Making Line – Manual) with different printing designs as per the customers requirements (customized printed cans) Company has facility to produce Round cans, Square Cans and Conipail Cans with capacity of 500 ml to 25 Ltrs.

These lines are backed by internal can components produced on the pneumatic power presses. We also undertake quality checks as per set parameters, of the below listed items while printing and production.

• All incoming materials (Tin Plates, Inks, Lacquer, Coatings Varnish etc.)
• All in process of printing & production
• All finished goods

We also supply printed sheets to the customers who have their own can making lines. All these cans are filled in the UAE and are exported to international markets.

To produce these cans the basic raw material used is known as the Electrolytic Tinplate and we use only MR grade Tinplates from the first class mills. To produce all these cans we use the gauge 0.16mm to 0.34mm. To continue this existing growth rate, we have installed 18 Ltr Square Can Line and planning for further expansion in plastic pails manufacturing.

We have our own fleet of vehicles for delivery.
